Beef Croissants

Tasty and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Kentuckian Gold Roast Beef
  • Leaf or Radicchio lettuce leaves
  • 2 oz. Kentuckian Gold Horseradish Sauce
  • 6 croissants, plain
  • 6 tomato slices
  • 12 slices of swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Slice croissant in half lengthwise.
  2. Place lettuce or radicchio leaves on one half.
  3. Add roast beef and top with a dollop of horseradish sauce.
  4. Add the sliced tomatoes and cheese.
  5. Serve cold or hot.
