Beef Croissants
Tasty and so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Kentuckian Gold Roast Beef
- Leaf or Radicchio lettuce leaves
- 2 oz. Kentuckian Gold Horseradish Sauce
- 6 croissants, plain
- 6 tomato slices
- 12 slices of swiss cheese
Directions
- Slice croissant in half lengthwise.
- Place lettuce or radicchio leaves on one half.
- Add roast beef and top with a dollop of horseradish sauce.
- Add the sliced tomatoes and cheese.
- Serve cold or hot.
